Tamales
Corn husk tamales in our signature red sauce with pork or chicken. Banana-leaf tamales when available. Sold by the half or full dozen.

Thick homemade corn sopes topped with refried beans, lettuce, cream and cotija cheese, served with salsa.

Five homemade flour gorditas filled with rice and refried beans, with our red pork sauce or green sauce with chicharrón. Served with lettuce and tomato.

From a home kitchen to downtown Hope.
Our bread recipe comes from a small town called Dos Caminos in Mexico. We spent two years perfecting it before selling a single loaf.
